How BytaBort.nu collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you list, swap, and pay on the platform.
We comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Swedish law. You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, and portability.
Name, email, hashed password, Google ID when using Google sign-in, profile photo, display name, bio, city, and region.
Listing content, images, price/cash top-ups, coordinates, swap proposals, accepted swaps, and reviews.
Messages between users, support tickets, and dispute history.
IP address, browser type, session cookies, language preference, and security logs.
We process data to create accounts, publish listings, match 3-way swaps, handle messaging, and process payments (contract, GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
Logs and verification status protect users and the platform (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f)).
Listing data may be analysed with AI (DeepSeek) to suggest swap matches and assist disputes. Contact us if you object to automated decision-making with legal effect.
We do not send bulk marketing without consent. Product updates may be sent when fees or terms change.

Sign-in via Google OAuth / One Tap under Google's policies.
When available, only verification status is stored — not BankID credentials.

Delete your account under Profile. Some accounting data may be retained by law.
You may complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
Essential cookies are used for login and language. Analytics cookies require consent where offered.
Data is kept while your account is active. Inactive accounts may be anonymised after prolonged inactivity.
